Miloš Plavac is made from grapes from steep terraced vineyards on the southern slopes of the Pelješac peninsula. Fermentation is spontaneous, using only indigenous yeasts, and aging takes place in large wooden barrels made of Slavonian oak. The wine is unfiltered and contains minimal amounts of sulfites. A well-balanced, structured wine, with classic varietal aromas of Plavac Mali.
